.... Not true. You can teach yourself C++ you can teach yourself Assembly. You can teach yourself how to unpack EXE's and change the assembly code around. You can teach yourself to Reverse Engineer. I know this because I have taught myself. I reverse engineered my small MP3 player's firmware upgrade (no one was even interested in hacking the Lexar jumpdrive Music MP3 Player) so it wouldn't have DRM protections for Windows Media music (even though I don't use it). I also edited it to boot up the MP3 player 5 seconds faster. But then I couldn't use their software to update the device because of checksums. So I edited the updater and got it to unlock the settings page and also disabled the checksum feature. That's bullshit. If you can't spell I doubt you know ANYTHING about Reverse Engineering or Programming. Please , research before you blow it out of your ass. Edit: If I am misunderstanding your message (which I hope I am!) It's because you are spelling worse than my 6 year old sister.

Yep! I got into IRC today but yesterday I couldn't get in. I guess someone had something up their ass. They can't take people joking around.

So I was on IRC and ilya and everyone were screwing around. So ilya changes his nick to God and gets kicked. When he comes back I changed my nick to God and now im banned. WTF!? I didnt do anything bad. IRC Username, Thrall , unban please.

Real hacking isn't malicious. But if you do it for a purpose , IE you can't do anything on the computer and it is over secure I could see a purpose. It's not wrong to get access to run programs but is wrong to destroy data or computers. Now once you get in you can't tell anyone. You will get into a lot of trouble. At schools the only reason the kids who get access get caught is because of boasting or telling the sys admins. Just keep it a secret and run a couple of programs you need to run once in awhile. As for security. This is not really a hack perse. I ran ProcessExplorerNt on a library computer and killed all the protections. Right after I did that I got a start menu (there was none before) and I could browse files and get onto the file server (with some brute forcing). All downloadable programs. I could delete everyone's library bill but I told them. Later I got offered a job for security. Sadly I couldn't take it because of school and my own lazyness. That was awhile ago though..
