i can't open my cmd prompt. when ever i try to open it it says another rogram is currently using this file. I can't run anything from the command file either. I can access it but i tried running nmap but it would end up like the following C:/nmap (number here) ((I then hit enter)) C:/nmap nothing would happen. What is the program to see what is running. Isn't it hijack this. Please help

how come everything to do with networks instantly is considered to do over school, library, or work networks. No I have a network at home and i want to send it to my brother so he will think it was from my other brother

I need a program or something to send a message over a novell nework to a work station or the entire network if possible. I really don't care if this program can send it over the entire network. I know about the "Send Message" program on windows computers with novell but those can be traced very easly to see what time, computer and lab you are on. Although i have swithed labs they can still see the worstation id. I tried to find a pic of it on google but i can't. It would also be very nice to be able to have it send it at a sertine time. GOD I CAN REALLY USE THIS software.

First off it seams that you are on the network. Secound we can't access that ip becuase it is a local ip. we would need the wan ip. On brutis, slow it down so it doesn't do so many passwords at once. Maby that will help if possible.
