hey some how i think i got a version of smartftp that you don't have to pay for. i can upload the installer for you to oine of my servers and let you download it???? ya it is free. I got it with 10gb.org they sent me an email with the link so if you want the installer ill send it to you!

this has also happened to me except i was on a walkie talkie. When ever the persons phone range i was able to here the ring over the walkie, and then i was able to hear the person talking yet i couldn't hear the other recepient talking.

I was scanning with nmap(I just got it and im not sure im using it right but the host i was scanning is.........well i can't but ips here. but the command i was useing is, D:program filesnmap>nmap -a -t4 **.**.**.** and it won't come up with any ports. is there a gui or point and click version of nmap. if so can you send me think link of the page where it is. or just send the download link. I don't have a firewall. Ya i know "Oh you need a firewall you going to get hacked and fucked. " I really don't care. it lags me down. F*** MCAFEE well please reply i can really use the help

hey im looking for a way to add a link in a box when ever i add a file into a folder on my webserver. I want it to add the link automaticaly. Example i add file to downloads, it'll add a link with the files name ina box on the right side of the page and will link the file to download.

i agree. i don't think you shouuld because i uploaded a movie to one of home servers and it was only 30 mins long. It was buffering for about 20 mins before i could watch it. And this was from my home server useing windows fomat. .wmv

thanks for all you compents. I was wondering if it is safe to tell you what server i am useing. And i am onn a network with two routers between me and the intnet. one for dsl, secound to split the dsl to 2 computers. As i only have windows i don't know how to run linix, and any sugestions on what servers to use. As i am a free loader i can't spend money on anything that i can download. (Limewire works well) And i do have mcafee although it lags my intenet connection down very much. Any sugestions on that too. You guys are really helping me. p.s whats a BBS (nvm ill google it)

I want to set up a home based server with all the hott stuff. (Chat servers, ftp servers, and so on.) What can i use i already have a server for web but what can i use for chat servers and ftp that have the least amont of vulnerabilitys. TAnd the safeist to run on my only computer. please don't tell me the rsik i know alot. im just stupid. AND YES I ADMIT IT. IM A NEWB AND GOOGLE IS MY FREIND.
