I am "attempting" to create a cheap simple rc car you control on the internet. Nothing special. I am shoping on Phidgets.com and came across PhidgetInterfaceKit 0/0/4 http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?categ...product_id=1014 Question: Will this be enough to control the rc car via wirelessly? EDIT Nvm Darren uses it on episod 502. I wasnt looking hard enough =)

well I just found out how to put Doom and a ipod so lol i guess it is possible to do this. Just wish I had a spare ipod. but i would like to see somone post photo of actually doing this..just for fun and interest until i get a spare ipod lol Edit So I am actualy doing research on this and I need some help lol. I am trying to search the scanner part of a photo scanner machine. I dont know what that bar is called. The bar that lights up and goes left to right and scans whatever it is to be scaned. I keep getting Barcode scane.

Im sitting, and thinking, and writing, and now sharing. I got some ideas for the rover. The rover is a tank. A web controlled wireless tank with a built in cannon. Now this cannon is gonna have to be the twinkle in the eyes of others when they see it. So here is my ideas involving this cannon. The major major major part of these ideas is having the cannon be able to turn 360 degrees and aim up and down. Gotta be abple to do that or else my ideas are poo poo. 1) Paper wad shooter Simply shoot paper wads at your target. Have a small cam attached as the aiming. A magazine that holds the wads and boom boom you shooting things wireless lol. 2) Wardrive I know the rover wont go very fast or may not even go outside but its a idea for someone else who is looking. 3) Mobile Pineapple This idea simple..extend the attena from a pineapple to the inside of the cannon. Hide the works in the tank and boom you got a Pineapple Tank Rover PTR (PTR reminds me of my fav RPGMMO game hehe) 4) Lasser Cannon Yup, attach a laser pointer in the cannon of the tank. And set a simple contraption to where the button gets pushed or somthing else completly. Drive around and just shoot that laser off. As a warning for people inside the Hak House..maybe have the cannon go up at a max degree so it wont get eye level. 5) Eyecannon Extend a 2nd webcam to the cannon and still have the main cam on the cannon. so there will be two cams at different spots. Get the picture? 6) BlueCannon That guy in black or someone I heard of made a snipa riffle into a blue tooth snipa riffle where they haked blue tooth. Maybe do the same for the cannon. But this would involve it going outside. Those are my ideas. If I had 60 bucks to get that main part that makes it controllable on the web I do this. But I am a cheap ass tard.

Ok I saw this movie earlier today where the guy from Indiana Johns was being held hostage at his house. And these bad men want him to steal information from his company server. So Dr. Johns here took his daughter iPod and the part of a scaner that scans and riged it up to still screen images. And later they were able to take the ipod images and convert to text. Hows that for a project lol

Wow! My weekend made me feel dirty. I used Linux all weekend and I gota say I aprciate windows a whole lote more LMAO. I am enjoying the heck out of using commands. My only regret is that I am a slow learner lol. You guys (and gals) know any projects for a Linux project?

Hey Hak5 community! I been a member for awhile now and I finaly got Ubuntu on my labtop lol. Took me two hours to get it on there. I kept forgeting where I was downloading the iso and what the name was called LOL. Anyways..I want to know what you put on Ubuntu. I am a pure MS OS user. Always lover Windows, always hated anything else. Now I want to join the dark side. (evil laugh) EDIT: Ok when I meant going to the "dark side" I did not mean any thing evil behind that. I use that term as a way of saying I want to seperate myself from MS enviroment to somthing else. I do not want anything to think I am evil in any way. I will be more careful next time using that or any other term.
