  1. Sorry about that I demonstrated how to embed them in the first cut of that segment but it was reshot for time (the first cut was 13 minutes, we aim for 7-8 minutes. You know how these ADD kids are these days ;))

    So you don't finish the segment?

  2. Set it as UNIQUE and make the query to see if it exists first...

    you can also make the query on one script and then header redriect

    <?php header('Location: /otherpage.php'); ?>

    that way when they refresh it will not add a new query, and they can hit back and it wont re run the query.

  3. This all started before that post was first made.  And anything having to do with a kid trying to use the USBhacks on a school network nullifies any possibility of getting any help.  (from me at least)

  4. An operating system isn't an application.
    You must work for microsoft while correct it doesn't change the fact that it's it's more or less the same thing, you can use an OS without changing or installing anything.  And you can use Firefox without changing adding any add-ons.
  5. Or you could build a skin for it .

    I want a skin that has a address bar, a load/go button like IE7, a back button, and a google suggest search bar (like firefox) everything else should be handled with a context menu.

    An application should be distributed as usable.  I shouldn't have to rely on making it usable myself.

    does windows have everything you want? how about OSX? installed anything to make them more usable?
  6. I did the same, I signed up when It started then gave up on it. I still have given up on it. I dont want people knowing what im doing every 5 minutes.

    They don't have to know what you're doing every 5 minutes if you don't want. I find that I use is sporadically and make sure never to post anything too personal. It's kinda cool to have the wisdom of the crowd in a feed, I find lots of interesting links through it.

    like irc, with a little less leetness
  7. If you find a security exploit, report it rather than doing something you will regret.

    Be careful doing this if they admin is not a hacker he'll react badly and you'll be punished.

    I know a guy used to be an admin, I'd NEVER call this guy a hacker.  Had you even thought of finding and exploit he'd have you expelled.
