Android Hacking Flash Drive

So I recently acquired one of these:

What I want to do is have the flash drive copy all of the information from the phone when connected. I know a hack like this is possible exploiting the autorun feature on Windows, but I have limited experience with Android. Does anyone know how/if this could be done?

Since Vista, Windows demands a user's OK before doing autorun, and for quite some time before that, the general consensus was that while it's understood why they created it, it was a very naive idea.

I find it very hard to believe that a much newer OS like Android would decide to implement a similar, broken feature.
