probly not cause u can't do a iso from a directory it needs to be in a root and alot of the files might be the same like in windows u got autorun in almost all cd's

Probably need to make some sort of "bootable" boot loader on the cd/dvd that can call the differnt OS's form one disc.

On a mac (dont know about windows), you can create a Disk Image in Disk Utility and use DasBoot to add whatever bootloader you want (that is supported by it GRUB, Lilo etc)
