Apparently they can take a still image of a face, drawing, or picture of an animal or other objects and turn it into a 3D avatar that moves, talks, blinks, and follows the mouse.

I remember on a Computer animation course I took in 2001 showed us how to do this. We used a program 3DMeNow. It was mad by Biovirtual (went out of business some time ago). Im sure you could still pick up a copy today.

They just have 3d model that moves with animations for each syllable.

And for using any picture, the image's head wont turn much so its not that noticeable with the textures on the sides of the cheek and under the chin get stretched a bit.

Now where do I upload pictures of Wess?

I think its their corporate site for selling the product and gives demonstratiosn of what it can do, but as far as I know, they dont offer any free or entertainment type funtionality to the site. Unlike those ones I did with the Elf yourself and Simpsonize sites.
