I have added the device.config in the root of the micro sd and for some reason my device can't be detected on the cloud. I have installed the software on my windows 2016 server. SamSepi46 Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 I'm having this same issue, I'm able to connect all of my other devices except for the screen crab. The Crab will connect to my network, but just won't reach the c2.
