Not promoting any action.........But.....You could run an OSINT investigation on the phone number which could prove useful in gathering information. A couple tools you could use to extract information from a phone number. There is aTerminal command-line tool called Phoneinfoga, and there's a web app tool on the IntelTechniques website.
