Shop sent wrong product but still no answer at all from support?

More than a week ago I created a support ticket #44393 in the shop because I got the wrong product delivered (ticket is assigned to a "Jason") for order #122080

Also I contacted the feedback@ mail address a few days ago.

Both do not give any reply - but I need the correct products urgently.

Can anyone check on this?

Dave-ee I see your point :grin:

But in my case I got a Bash Bunny (which I already have in my hackers zoo) instead of the Packet Squirrel (which is missing in my zoo) and Throwing Star.

So in theory that this is profit for me, but I want my zoo to be complete....

Still no answer from the shop.....
