How can I turn a website into an Evil Portal?

I made a phishing website with wix and I have been trying to just copy over the html and add it to my portal. How can I do this and actually have the site copied correctly?

Please don't post stuff about sites used to attack people on the internet. You want to learn about this sort of thing, use a VM hosted web server on your own LAN to test with.
