Tetra log only Probes of Open APs?

Hello,

I am currently facing the problem my Tetra seemingly only log probes of open AP's. So I assume PineAP only logs Probes of open APs'?

I would like to know if I am right, or maybe Apple/ Android devices aren't sending out probes for WPA/2 encrypted wlan-networks at all?

For a showcase it would be nice to reproduce the ap of clients without encryption.

My Tetra is receiving and displaying probes for both secure and open networks.

Thank you, for your responses. Unfortunaly it seems that the devices in my range don't send probe requests.

Anyway I was able to record a proberequest from my windows machine to a encrypted network.
