St4tik_Sh0ck
Not too big of an issue if there isn't a work around, but, I just recently purchased a new macbook pro. The newer models lack the ethernet port to connect the mark v. Is there a way around this or will i have to just hook it up to my old windows laptop to change and configure settings? I just recently purchased the mark v a month ago so i havnt done much with it other than setting it up and basic test on my home network. Thanks in advance
cooper
https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/34736-pineapple-connectivity-to-macbook/ A recurring question. Could a mac user maybe provide a definitive answer to this question?
pats
I use a USB to LAN converter or a thunderbolt to LAN cable. Works fine.

johnsteiner
to be honest i never ever used the lan connection - the whole internet sharing thing - in my opinion a nightmare ;-) - so i 100% agree with barry99705
MrThursty
If you need to use a cable, get the thunderbolt to ethernet adapter. Otherwise, you can connect to the pineapple ssid that starts when the unit boots and manage from there.
