Glasswalker Posted January 5, 2015 Share Posted January 5, 2015 Hi, my pineapple suddenly stopped working and all the led's went out. I checked the voltages the power supply was giving out and it fluctuated between 5 and 17 volts. This is the power supply that came with the pineapple. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Mr-Protocol Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 Try contacting shop@hak5.org and see if they can do something. I think they will want the serial number, model, etc of the power supply or may be able to assist. I would not suggest powering the pineapple with the power supply if it is going into 17 volt ranges.
