Power supply voltages. Fried pineapple?

Hi, my pineapple suddenly stopped working and all the led's went out. I checked the voltages the power supply was giving out and it fluctuated between 5 and 17 volts. This is the power supply that came with the pineapple. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help is appreciated.
