rfc? ms-chapv1/v2?

If you add the RFC# for MS-CHAPv1 and the RFC# for MS-CHAPv2, then subtract the RFC number for PPP Chanllenge Hanshake Authentication Protocol, what value will you receive?

can some one explain in ENGLISH what all those terms mean and how to get the answer please and yes ive tried google

RFC stands for request for comments

it's usually a published set of protocols or specifications of some sort. They're usually open internet related standards

each rfc has a number, like RFC1234

so in this case you have RFCs for particular technologies with rfc numbers that corresponding to the particular technologies. For example internet etiquette (yes, there is an RFC for netiquette) has rfc number 1855.
