napisani
I recently purchased a om1p in hopes of making it into a wifi pineapple v2 I followed the flashing instructions that is pinned The flashing parting goes smoothly (using open-mesh-flash.exe) at the end of flash it says that it is rebooting. However, I can never access it through telnet 192.168.1.1 In fact the router only appears for like 6 seconds and its address is 192.168.0.1 Is there anything that I can do? Mr-Protocol
the 192.168.0.1 is redboot, it's boot loader while booting. Then the IP should changed to 192.168.1.1 The current firmware from digininja's site i dont think supports the OM1P but there is lots of discussions around about the OM1P on this site and others like dd-wrt forums. napisani
what do you mean by Gargoyle, I understand that it is a different access point. But what does it have to do with anything I mentioned in my original post..
Xcellerator
No, Gargoyle routers is just a 2100C, I think, or might be a 2200, but not sure...
Ghostshell
the existing firmware for jasager will not work on the OMP1 since its OpenWRT 8.09, the newest kamakazie will work 8.09.2 but none of the jasager packages will install. Also you will need to create a heartbeat.sh script with the associated crontab to prevent it from rebooting every 5min.
