abferm Posted June 10, 2011 Share Posted June 10, 2011 Hello, I am looking for a way to collect programs from Linux live CDs. I would then put the software on my own live CD distro. Ultimate Boot CD is a very nice collection of tools all in one small ISO to do a lot of things. abferm Posted June 13, 2011 Author Share Posted June 13, 2011 (edited) I mainly want to make an anti-virus distro. I like Kaspersky's rescue, but sometimes the distro it is built on has issues with certain machines. I would like to build my own distro to run it, possibly something more light weight to see if I can reduce scan times. There are also some other Linux based anti-virus disks out there, and I wanted to combine them in a way that I wouldn't have to reboot between using the different software.
