ParMan
try using it with a low internet conection it many times loses user beside that haven´t got problems too but that itself is big problem and always have to ask new code for the user everytime it fells off i set up an account and then i installed the host on my computers. this way the number never changes then i can just log into my account and pick which computer i want to connect to. slow internet will be an issue with any remote service. Mr-Protocol
I use CCleaner to clean up Windows OS And I use TightVNC for remote desktop
Infiltrator
I use Avast 5 for detecting and removing viruses. And I use both TeamViewer and UltraVNC for remote administration I personally like better Comodo Cleaner it does a greet job, but I also have used Ccleaner in the past and it is also recommended. For spywares removal, I use Spywareblaster and SpyBot - Search and Destroy. Edited July 22, 2010 by Infiltrator

Infiltrator
Any more sugestions 1. Keep your system current with the latest updates 2. Besides CCleaner, you should give Comodo System-Cleaner a try, its also very good. 3. If you have time and patience to install these, you could try PFsense or Untangle, they are Linux based firewalls. 4. VaKo
In answer to question 1: Set Microsoft Updates to check daily and install automatically, install windows defender. For AV I like MS Security Essentials and Anti-Vir, both are free and easy to use.
DownMoney
To clean your pc you should try Kaspersky rescue Disk http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbui...rescue_2008.iso

I've been a bit stressed out lately and not happy with work, I guess I overlooked Vako's response to the OP.
