The Sorrow
Okay, I'm on the wireless of someone's and i see they're using most of the latency (i assume torrents) so i was wondering if there was a way to exhaust the IP pool on a VM since my Dell Inspiron 1525 doesn't have a compatible wifi chip-set. Any suggestions?
Sparda
If you exhaust the DHCP server they will still be able to use the internet because they are already using it.
Netshroud
You would need to run the attack as their lease expires.
Sparda
You would need to run the attack as their lease expires. and most routers set there default lease time to the maximum possible value ;)
Netshroud
Yup. It would probably be easier (and quicker) to just ARP spoof the machine off the network.
