Been looking for an MMO - hoping this might be it.

I just tried Eve Online. Sorry man. No Effing Way. That game made my head asplode. 5 days later and I'm still using help to quit. Either I'm a complete moron, or the game is just that freakin hard.

I was part of the Open and Closed beta and now am a paying player and i fricking love the game. If you are the slightest bit of a ST fan then you are going to LOVE this game.

I left Age of conan after playing that for 18 mo to come to STOL and i am never going back!

My collectors editions arrived, and I'm loving it. Mind you some people have already ground up to admiral. Where's the fun in that?

I haven't gotten to Admiral yet but i did get to Commander last night and got my Heavy Escort (yes it is bad ass) The ones that have maxed out in lvl obviously have no life and havent seen daylight since the head start launched Friday night. Wouldnt want to be around that smell when they do break daylight

Commander, ooh shiny. Myself and my mates are helping each other level slowly together. Lt Cmdr 3 myself, he's Lt Cmdr 1, and another friends has just started. I want my Galaxy class.

@wetwork 18 months of AoC, thats a looong time I left that after first months payment was up.

I'm interested in STOL but waiting till I have more time on my hands and then going to try it first not buy straight away. MMOs thou get better (usually) with time
