Duelus Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 I need a sub $40.00 USD set of headphones. Does anyone have any decent suggestions. Just headphones, not Headsets w/ a built-in Mic. Quote
Uncle Toxie Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 I am using a cheap pair of Koss headphones that I picked up at the Mart for $20. They even came with a set of earbuds. They get the job done on the cheap. Quote
paradox Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 I have some cheap JVC HA-G11. Sure, the music sounds like it's coming out of a barrel, but they only cost 20 bucks. Quote
ShinmaRyuu Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 Sony MDR-V150 Studio Monitor Headphones are awesome for there small 20 dollar price tag at most big box stores. I have about 4 pair of them. 1 pair i turned into a ipod shuffle head set, 1 pair for general use with iPod and computer, and 2 spares. Great sound, awesome base, and cheap. Quote
cooper Posted June 13, 2006 Posted June 13, 2006 Koss UR-18 The number at the end for some reason tends to be the amount of dollars/euros they cost. These are the cup-type headphones, so your entire ear gets covered. Works pretty well to keep ambient noise out. They weigh next to nothing, are really comfortable and sound quality was actually quite good. I bought these after DansData did a nice review of them. When I got mine I liked them so much I bought 3 more for various other machines I need to deal with. Quote
