    ISO question

If you don’t know “how to use ISO'sâ€, I would strongly recommend you don’t try to use Linux, as your time would be better spent learning the basics before you move to a more complex operating system.
  3. I say do a kernel upgrade and configure it for your needs.
  4. CentOS or go with OpenBSD if you know what your doing.
  5. Halon works by starving the fire of oxygen, thus putting it out. The room has to be relatively airtight, although you used to be able to get handheld Halon fire extinguishers (I think they where green) but as Halon helps to depletes the ozone layer its use was regulated by the EU, which is why you don’t see it being used much now.
  6. It’s only really used in data centres now, as it’s cheaper to kill a few people and pay compensation to their families then it is to lose any data. Most places that use it will give you at least 3 minutes to evacuate the room.
  7. If you have gained access to the wireless network you can access and steal files on desktops and servers with a little work and knowledge.
  8. You can get a number of resins that work well and leave no mess when working with plexi.

  14. You do realise he said "very easy way to send and recieve email". Sendmail is a lot of things except easy. The easiest is probably Exim. After that I'd have to say Postfix followed closely by QMail. I personally prefer Postfix. It’s not easy that’s why I said don’t bother, but in my opinion if your going to run your own email server then sendmail is the best.
  15. The update to ITunes looks great.
  16. I think I will wait until Vista has been out for a year, before I install it.
