Corrosion.
I don't think its possible but I was wondering. I have some videos I've setup with windows movie maker but they are in lower quality. I doubt it but is there anyway to revert back to a higher quality? I was thinking to put the video onto a dvd but the quality is way too low to bother..... the videos were made with the highest internet setting with windows movie maker
moonlit
Nope, you can't make it any better than what you have. Some apps might try to clean things up but you'll lose a lot of detail that way.

Corrosion.
:/ Thats what I thought. Oh well I guess I'll just have to make high quality for my use and low quality for uploading to youtube
VaKo
You can do it on the time scale (you can increase the FPS by interpolating new frames in between the original ones), but you can't do much for actual image quality.
