lazaruswws Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 I have a dream that my next computer will be laid upon my lap and installed with many monitors, free of oppression by any Microsoft OS and to live with OC192 pipes to the internet. A raid array so large that it heats my home during the winter but so quiet and cold that one may sleep beside it in a grassy field. It would be a monster among men amputating limbs with the ejecting disks as it struck fear in the hearts of children and noobs. It would be the l33tist of the l33t shouting in all its glory "BOOM Headshot!" proving that it could indeed dance all day while Folding@home. But it is gone before it could exist, as the extreme sugar hi and sleep deprivation wears on ones mind until one can no longer even hallucinate or code, and sleep catches up.
