Arsenic
Since PS3's are obliterating the average PC when it comes to folding proteins, has anyone applied this to generating rainbow tables?

SmoothCriminal
Part of the reason the PS3 is doing so well with folding homes is that the software is specifically designed for the ps3. What I am saying is, if each computer had the software specifically designed for that type of hardware it would be more efficient. I am not doubting the power of the cell, and think this is a great idea. With a linux os i think this could be done. Nice idea~
VaKo
Couldn't you just tweak the make options?
