ShinmaRyuu
If your having issue with what time it is right now in the US you can check here... http://www.time.gov/ Windows changed for me so that was nice. I was kind of tweaked whether it would or not. It's good to check though via the time.gov pages just to make sure all your gear is in order. deleted
I HATE THE TIME CHANGE THAT WINDOWS HAS RELEASED. I live in the UK and the DST time has not changed, so why have the forced the update on me. I have to set my time to GMT +1 to get my time right. I have clicked the "Update Time" about 600 times and they still havent fixed the problem. DST never started in the same time in the EU as it did in the US, so something is wrong if it changed for you and you haven't told the computer you are in the US. Garda
How is daylight savings managed on a computer? is there a flag in the BIOS saying whether it's on daylight savings or not? because if it's just something that the OS is supposed to remember i think that would be kinda lame, especially if you duel boot. Both OSes changing the time by an hour when it's changeover time, that would be kinda lame.
SomeoneE1se
it's can be done by the BIOS or the OS XP should sync to a time server
