Continue holding the RESET button for 10 seconds, then release. So you're supposed to somehow hold down this tiny reset button while plugging it in and waiting another full 10 seconds while holding it? Because I just don't see how this is going to work, the button is too hard to continue holding that long and especially when trying to plug it back in.
