Android Hacking Errors`

Hello recently I hacked my android phone and as I was playing around with the commands there where many errors while running the commands and then they failed such as sending an sms getting a picture from the front camera etc.. 

what can I do for that? whats the problem behind it.

You recently hacked your android phone . Rooted ?

Factory reset is probably your best option  recover from cloud
