Pineapple Juice 1800 doesn't seem to work

I just got my Pineapple Mark V with the battery pack yesterday. I plugged it in to let it charge over night and it doesn't output any power at all. When I first plugged it in, I pressed the LED indicator button, they all lit up. When I press the button without it being plugged it, no lights turn on. I used the correct charger and the power switch was on. Is there anything else I can do?

It sounds like you got a bad battery unit. I'd recommend contacting support@hak5.org so they can setup an exchange/return.

Did you check if the charger lit up the green light when charging? I found out that one of my outlets is faulty because the green light wouldn't come on, or would turn off after a couple of minutes.
