pabo2uk
Hi Guys, Need help with airodump. In my attachment you can see I have taken a screen grab of an airodump command. My question is why are some of the results showing channel 158? is this a bug? Cheers

Sebkinne
Ive just ran the same command again - now the channels are showing as -1 !?!? If you use wlan1 to create the monitor interface, please make sure that wlan1 is DOWN when you use aurodump. Best Regards, Sebkinne
pabo2uk
Really! That simple!? Actually Why does this affect the outcome? TBH I have seen different methods and some bring down the interface and some don't. Naturally you would think that this would needed to be up. On the pineapple, you'll need to make sure the interface the monitor interface stems from is down. Best regards, Sebkinne
