As for Kali, I only just finished the artwork last week(and no you can't see it yet so don't ask), and they haven't even printed the shirts yet, which will be at Defcon and BlackHat, so no, no official Kali store yet! I don't own the store above either, but they are licensed to sell BT stuff from Mati.

Any other store you see not linked to from the official BT, Offsec or Kali site's, is NOT permitted. Not to mention, the artwork is Trademarked, Copyrighted and owned by Offensive Security and reuse of the logo's and dragon are illegal without explicit permission unless otherwise granted by Offensive Security!

I don;t sell them or print them. Just design the artwork. Mati and Offsec, get them made for conferences, and the one store I linked to, is allowed to sell some of their swag. Other than that, you'd have to go to a conference that they are at, like Defcon and BlackHat or take one of their live classes to get shirts and other things, like limited challenge coins, etc.

One thing I do know, is Mati sends stacks of them to HFC, so if there is an HFC booth, you might be able to get one, but most likely, they would be the older BT ones that you can get off the site above. The new Kali ones, I don't think are printed yet, and are for Defcon and BlackHat, and then leftovers, usually get donated to HFC for silent auctions, and such, but honestly, I don't know what circuits they visit where you'd be able to get one. Just have to keep an eye out for the dragon, although the new Kali shirt, will be a bit different than they've been in the past and thats all I can say about it ;)
