Is it possible, and how, to run BT5 in Ubuntu 13.04 OS?

It is, and as Mr-Protocol mentioned, usually done via a VM, or you could even dual boot, but I would suggest just using it in a live environment and boot off DVD or even a ThumbDrive with persistence on the thumb drive, so you can keep your files, changes, etc, and carry it with you to boot off other machines without having to lug around a laptop or PC. Unetbootin or Pendrivelinux will help with creating a bootable USB thumbdrive.
