define "shutdown" is the computer shutdown when its power is off, or when it is inaccessable from the network.

if you like the second one, look at ARP Spoofing all the IPs to a fake mac address

Nope I need power off or stop computer until or stop game hes playing :)

pass: lamepass (hey my brother just plays games, he doesnt know much about comps)

process: anything nasty that will cause the system to halt until restart :)

blah blah blah...

... Shutdown.exe is available in the Microsoft Windows 2000 Resource Kit. It is a command-line tool that you can use to shut down or restart a local or remote computer that is running Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0...

blah blah blah...

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Server

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server

• Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Edition
