digip
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=unlock+blackberry&btnG=Google+Search If it uses GSM or sim based, swap the sim from another provider. If its on Sprint and CDMA, well, your shit out of luck.

If you want to unlock your blackberry mobile phone, you can get an unlock code from Unbblock.com at low cost. Here you have to specify the country name, the current network provider and IMEI number of your mobile phone. Then you can get an unlock code from them and unlock it. Yeah, I wouldn't suggest going that route. Not unless you want your info cloned to another phone and be footing the bill for someone else. Go to your carrier, ask them to unlock it. 99% of them will, or, sign up with a new carrier, they'll make the move for you, like Virgin does with their services, you can keep your old number when moving too. digip
Non-sim card blackberry phones, be careful using sites to unlock cdma based phones. Sim based, just swap the sim card in most cases. For all others, just ask your carrier, they usually will do it for you and its safer or if switching carriers, the new carrier can do it for you so long as you provide your previous carriers account number, and usually a pin# or secret question. Fem-to-cell cloning is becoming more and more easy these days, and the last thing you'll want is your phone cloned by sites that promise to unlock your phone for you!
