Well the times I've been I've heard a handful of British accents, but I'd think there is never more than 100 Brits at the con at most, although its a hard thing to judge as its a big conference with a lot of people. With the state of the economy I'd think more would not be making the trip but I know about 12 people that say they are going to fly out. I'm actually in NYC for about two months and HOPE falls over those weekends which is why I'll have a look. I'm looking at CCC this year and Defcon next year hopefully. Also is anyone going to Eth0? http://eth-0.nl/ eth0 is an outdoor computer event intended to bring people with differing computer-related interests and skills together for an informative and fun time. "eth0:2010 summer" will be held from the 10th of August up to and including the 13th of August 2010. As normal with these events (eth0 / WTH / HAR) the campsite is situated at a remote heavily forested area. This year, like in 2008 we have chosen for "Het Boshuis" near Wieringerwerf, NL allowing us to enjoy our hacky ways like nowhere else. Well they don't really care how old with you are, the only issue i could see would be getting a hotel room if you don't have a credit card. The casinos tend to not like anyone under 21 but I don't think you would have any issues if you came with an older brother or sister, or parents.
