Bigscary1
a friend of mine is being stalked by an ex-fieancee, and we are trying to find things to stop him. He has a a facebook account, and i was wondering if anyone knew a way to hack in and read his info to find out where he is

Seshan
Add him as a friend. But yeah I'm going to go with what taiyed14 said, and a lame attempt at social engineering.
SomethingToChatWith
Report it to the proper authorities. Law enforcement should be able to get the information they need to trace the subject from facebook if case need be. Stop trying to be the officer and let them do thier job. Why would they need to trace a ex-fieancee through facebook? The other person will have their name and address. Like I said this is a lame attempt at social engineering. Sparda
In what way stalking? On the internet?
ethicalhack3r
For people that are really the victim of cyber stalking: The following is UK law, im sure most western countries have similar laws. Under Section 1 of the Malicious Communications Act 1998 it is an offence to send an indecent, offensive or threatening letter, electronic communication or other article to another person and under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 it is a similar offence to send a telephone message which is indecent offensive or threatening. In both cases the offence is punishable with up to six months imprisonment and/or a fine of up to £5000. Because the Malicious Communications Offence is more wide ranging than the Telecommunications offence it is more likely to be used by the Police than the Telecommunications Act offence. http://www.wiredsafety.org/gb/stalking/
