Dual Booting Vista and XP

so i have 2 HDD one 40 gb and the other 80 gb partitioned into 2 40's

i have xp installed right now and i was wondering how to boot vista with it.. so i can choose at startup of my computer

i want vista installed on a different HDD then my XP one is so just let me know how to do it thanks

ps.. i have dialup so no videos

I did this a while back, it rendered vista unbootable.

I used the same bootloader the computer had, using some software (i forget the name) to use the xp bootloader and list both operating systems.

This worked for me.

The most important thing to do before you try this is make sure that you have all the xp drivers for the computer your doing this on. Some manufactures don't have the proper drivers to run their vista machines under xp. So always do your research first.
