Skype Question

I was wondering....

Lets say you wanted to provide unofficial tech support for a product, and you have lets say 5 operators and you want to use skype.

Is it  possible to have a skype button on your site that when pressed would connect that person to one of the 5 operators online? It has to be skype because we plan to use our psp's skype feature.

yes it's simple to add a skype button and have everyone sign in with the same account, skype will allow you to be signed in to one account from multiple clients.

But what if that one account has 3 ppl online?

I was hoping to have a bunch of acct and a script that would select one that is online.... I don't know php (although I'm learning it) so I cannot make it myself, I wish that site was still up.
