dark_pyrro
In what way should things be "best"? What's the definition and criteria? Define "monitoring". What's going to be monitored? Anything else apart from work hours?
Rkiver
1) Intune works rather well if you are using O365. 2) Honestly most "monitoring" tools like that are invasive as all hell. If you are providing the machines they are working on, then there are some to look into. If you are not, you don't get to put anything on them. Jon731
Thanks all for the response. By "best" I meant I mean a good app but not necessarily the best. By monitoring, I mean to track how our employees interact with customers and clients on the phone and email s. It is mainly for quality control--professional ethics, etc. ...to improve customer service skills training. Our employment agreement allows for monitoring any company furnished cell phones and tablets (not computers). I will look into Intune.
