Thanks all for the response. By "best" I meant I mean a good app but not necessarily the best. By monitoring, I mean to track how our employees interact with customers and clients on the phone and email s. It is mainly for quality control--professional ethics, etc. ...to improve customer service skills training. Our employment agreement allows for monitoring any company furnished cell phones and tablets (not computers). I will look into Intune. Thanks
