Anyone using wsl 2 (windows) with ubuntu? sharkjack.sh fails to connect for upgrade..

Sorry but a noob...

I installed WSL 2 on windows and installed ubuntu. From Ubuntu I can ping the sharkjack and open an ssh session to the sharkjack without issues.

When I run the sharkjack.sh script I try to update my SJ it just stays waiting for a sharkjack to be connected......

and I just get dots.....

Am i missing something?

If you run the following command on your Ubuntu WSL instance (with the Shark plugged in), do you get anything in return as output of the command or nothing?

ip route show to match 172.16.24.1 2>/dev/null| grep -i 172.16.24.1 | cut -d ' ' -f3 | grep -v 172.16.24.1
