x00zecu Posted June 22, 2020 Share Posted June 22, 2020 I have two wifi cards 1) Internal Wifi card 2) External USB wifi card I am able to change external card to monitor mode and internal wifi card connects to wifi network. Now I would like to use wireshark to capture packets in my wifi network. So I change external wifi card to monitor mode and started capturing packets using that interface. With this setup I am not able to capture packets within my wifi network since in monitor mode wifi card cannot be connected to any network. Is there a possibility where I can make my network card in monitor mode as well as conncted to my wifi network? any suggestions are really appreciated.
