Online MMORPG (Locked items password)

Hi Guys,

I have a question...

I play a online mmorpg, i locked my items a while ago..

Now i cant remember the password i used for it..

 

When i created the account i didnt used my real info.

So those GameMasters dont wanne help me out, cause they cant be sure i am the real owner of the account..

 

Now here is my question!

Is there any solution to get my items unlocked?

WireShark? or anything else?

 

I need advice & some help please!
