vanhawk
Hi all, Attempting to get my tetra back online. Received the "Bad Magic Number" error and attempted the factory recovery using the factory.bin firmware. This did not work. I decided to watch the firmware upload and install process on the uart port. The upload completed and then I receive the following: A whole bunch of "bad block [long number]" ending in: ... bad block [1225768960] bad block [1226301440] Skipped 2304 bad blocks ERROR NAND write: device 0 offset 0x0, size 18874368 ... 18874368 bytes written: OK web failsafe upgrade failed! Using eth0 MAC address: 0x0:0x3:0x7f:0x9:0xb:0xad HTTP server is starting at IP: 192.168.1.1 HTTP server is ready! Any ideas? I verified checksum etc to ensure the .bin file was good. Thanks, Johan

Like trying to flash a tetra FW onto a NANO for example worth double checking and re-reading the docs https://docs.hak5.org/hc/en-us/articles/360010471774-Firmware-Recovery

I have a TETRA for future reference. Any other ideas I can try? Thanks
