Can't get firmware to update

Hello,

Newbie to the Tetra device.

I am able to connect via the browser and attempt a firmware update to 2.4.2.  However, once I choose the file to upload and the browser states that the upgrade file has been verified and that I'll be redirected once the upgrade completes nothing happens.

I get redirected back to the upgrade page.

How do I get around this?

I tried holding the power button for 7+ seconds nothing happened.  Did I get a dud?

I had to reset many times, I'm all set now.
