Shop Missing Items, no answer from support

Hi,

I placed an order a about 11 days ago and it arrived missing a few items 10 days ago.  That same day I created a ticket with support (#44473), but haven't heard anything since.  Any idea how long it takes support to get back to you?

It can vary, as it is only two people running the store.

However recall that they are only back after 4 days off due to thanksgiving.
