    Just wanted to let everyone know that support did contact me and resolved the issue.

    Hi, I placed an order a about 11 days ago and it arrived missing a few items 10 days ago. That same day I created a ticket with support (#44473), but haven't heard anything since. Any idea how long it takes support to get back to you? Thanks, Kinigos
