I'm wandering if the hak5 shop support is still alive and supporting clients : my Tetra died after 5 days of usage and I could not even get an answer after 3 requests opened in the past 11 days ? Any feedback / similar experience / suggestion ?

Hi there,

It's Defcon time! So the hak5 crew, especially the shop, are up to their eyeballs. Remember it's only a small team that run the hakshop, so they get a lot of emails. Sending in three wont make it happen any quicker. You just have to be patient. They'll be catching up on emails once they are all back from Defcon.

In short, patience.

Yea, I've seen Darren, Shannon, Sarah in twitter pictures, and Seb was mentioned speaking at defcon. Though he doesn't live in the US anyway.  That's 99% of the crew.  They're not the fastest store support, but they're one of the best online support group I've ever worked with.

Seb was there at DefCon.
