openyourchakras Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 I'm wandering if the hak5 shop support is still alive and supporting clients : my Tetra died after 5 days of usage and I could not even get an answer after 3 requests opened in the past 11 days ? Remember it's only a small team that run the hakshop, so they get a lot of emails. Sending in three wont make it happen any quicker. You just have to be patient. Though he doesn't live in the US anyway. That's 99% of the crew. They're not the fastest store support, but they're one of the best online support group I've ever worked with.
